Apple Watch is no longer "Impact Resistant" anymore

When Apple announced the Apple Watch was being marketed as a Impact Resistant, Apple did not change this description until recently had received a court ruling from the British court.

Mr. Garth Cross from Aberystwyth in the UK purchased the Apple Watch in July of last year, but is surprised by the presence of a crack in the screen after only 10 days of use, and try to urge Apple to reform the smart watch. But unlike expected, Apple said that the warranty does not cover the cracks in the screen, so Mr. Garth Cross decided to take Apple to court.

After a lawsuit for six months, the British court ruled in favor of Mr. Garth Cross and ordered Apple to refund the cost of the watch and pay £429 for the court costs. The good news for Apple is that Mr. Garth Cross did not give up of Apple Watch, but intends to buy a new one when it is detected for the second generation.

As a result of this case, Apple has decided to remove the phrase Impact Resistant from its official website on the Internet.
